Steamer 8-Minute Potato and Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
1 1⁄2 lbs (580 g) mixed coloured baby potatoes
small cauliflower broken into florets
1 recipe preparedCreamy Ranch Dressing
Better Than Bacon Topper, to taste
Preparation
- Wash and cut potatoes in half, and place in a Multipurpose Steamer with lid.
- Cook on high in microwave for 4–5 minutes, remove and top with cauliflower florets, replace lid, and cook for another 2–3 minutes. Transfer to salad bowl, and allow to cool.
- Toss potatoes and cauliflower with Creamy Ranch Dressing, liberally sprinkle with topper, and serve.
