1 cup dates
1⁄2 cup almonds
1⁄4 cup unsweetened coconut
3 tbsp Belgian Milk Chocolate
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pour boiling water over dates and soak for 10 min to soften, set aside.
- Finely grind almonds in a food processor.
- Drain and add dates and remaining ingredients and pulse until combined.
- Form into balls.
