Ingredients
2 pints
cherry tomatoes
1 pkg
Lemon Orzo Chicken Seasoning
14 cup
olive oil
1 block (8 oz/250 g)
feta cheese
2 cups
uncooked bite-sized pasta, your choice

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. 
  2. In a 9" X 13" baking dish, toss cherry tomatoes with seasoning and oil. Place feta in the middle of the pan, surrounded by cherry tomatoes. Flip to coat all sides with excess oil and seasoning. 
  3. Bake 30 min, or until tomatoes burst and cheese is golden.  
  4. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well; add pasta to baking dish and gently stir to combine. 
Tips

Cook pasta near the end of the bake time. This way, the pasta will still be warm when it’s mixed in with the tomatoes and feta sauce. 

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 4 oz (113 g) lean protein and 2 cups leafy greens with a squeeze of lemon juice.
