Salisbury Steak with Béarnaise Sauce

- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush with oil.
- In a large bowl, combine beef with egg, breadcrumbs, and rub. Form into two patties.
- Grill patties with lid closed, 4–5 min per side, until cooked through. While the patties are cooking, grill bread 1 min per side.
- Top each bread slice with Salisbury steak patty. Drizzle each patty with 2 tbsp of sauce.

Tips
No grill? Pan fry patties in Sauté Pan over medium-high heat in 1⁄2 tbsp of oil, 4–5 min per side. Toast bread right on the pan or in the toaster, if desired.
