1⁄2 cup rolled oats
1⁄2 tspApple Pie Spice, optional
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Using a basting brush, brush pan with oil and add spoonfuls of batter to make four pancakes. Cook until golden brown, approximately 3–5 minutes per side.
