Oven Roasted Buffalo Potato Wedges
Not just for wings! The Buffalo flavours of cayenne pepper, garlic, onion, herbs and spices make a delicious seasoning for potatoes. Not to mention, these potato wedges have much lower sodium than the pre-made frozen French fries you would pick up at the store, or what you would get with takeout. Dunk them in your favourite prepared Epicure Dip or Aioli and enjoy!

Serve with 4 oz (113 g) lean protein, 1 cup chopped veggies, and 2 tbsp prepared Epicure Dip.
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- In a large mixing bowl, coat potato wedges in oil. Add seasoning.
- Toss well to coat. Place in a single layer on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Bake for 18–20 min.
