Mini Mexican Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
8 corn tortillas
1 cupPoco Picante Salsa, prepared
1 cup low-fat shredded cheese, your choice
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Place tortillas on a parchment-lined Sheet Pan. Top with 1 tbsp Salsa, 2 tbsp Pulled Pork and 1 tbsp cheese.
- Bake for 3–5 minutes, until cheese melts and tortillas are golden. Serve.
