Creamy Spinach Pasta Sauce
Creamy, rich, and delicious! This sauce is brimming with heart-healthy spinach so you can feel good about having a little more. Try on all of your favourite pastas, chicken, or fish dishes, or even as a base for soup!
1 cupVegetable Broth, or your choice, prepared
1 pkg (10 oz/284g) frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
3 tbspHerb & Garlic Dip Mix
1⁄2 cup low-fat cream cheese
1 cup evaporated milk
1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Black Pepper, to taste
- Bring Bouillon to a boil in Multipurpose Pot - 8 Cup. Stir in spinach and dip mix. Bring to a simmer.
- Add cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat. Add Parmesan and stir until melted.
- Season with Black Pepper.
