Mediterranean Fish Sticks
Another kid-friendly dinner! A delicious Mediterranean way to serve up heart-healthy fish. To get a high dose of Omega-3s use salmon as your fish of choice. Ready in just 25 minutes!
1 - 1 1⁄2 lbs (450 g - 675 g) fish fillet, such as halibut, salmon or catfish
1 recipe preparedDillicious Tzatziki
2 cups crushed cereal, such as Cornflakes® or Special K®
- Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C).
- Cut fish into 'fingers'. Spread half of the Tzaziki over fish, then evenly coat with cereal.
- Place fish on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake for about 10 minutes (depending on thickness of fish), until topping is crunchy and fish is cooked through.
- Serve with remaining Tzaziki for dipping.
