Ingredients
1 can (19 oz/540 ml)
chickpeas
1 pkg
Aloo Gobi Seasoning or Keema Curry Seasoning
14 cup
water
2 tbsp
olive oil
1 tbsp
lemon juice

Preparation
  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas. 
  2. Place chickpeas, seasoning, water, oil, and lemon juice in a food processor. Blend until smooth, about 2–3 min, scraping down sides as necessary.
Tips

Try pairing with Lemony Baked Pita Wedges.

For a lighter, fluffier hummus, substitute 2 tbsp of water with 2 small, rectangular ice cubes.
