2 cups bite-sized pasta, such as rotini
1 pkg Tomato & Basil Baked Brie Seasoning
1⁄4 cup hot water
2 tbsp olive oil
1⁄2 red onion
2 cups cherry tomatoes
Toppings (optional): crumbled feta
- In a Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine seasoning with hot water. Let stand 5 min; stir in oil.
- Chop cucumber, dice onion, and slice tomatoes in half.
- In a large bowl, gently toss vegetables, pasta, and seasoning mixture until evenly combined. Add feta, if desired.
